In order to refurbish this apartment, we had to carry out many different projects. First, we had to bring the electricity system back into line with the standards. To reorganized the space, we removed some partitions, for example, to remove an old walk-in closet and thus extend the kitchen. The original wood floors were repaired, many blades were replaced. At the same time, the apartment’s marble chimneys were removed and replaced with wood floors. In the bathroom and kitchen, screeds were cast and tiles and granite were added. The front door was repainted. A new water inlet was created in order to install toilets. Finally, the most important project in this apartment was the kitchen. It was entirely designed by Re-novateurs, and installed by the kitchen specialist Cappellini Cucine. For the decoration, we helped our clients chose and put in place much of the furniture.
